How do I place an order?

Can I amend my order?

You can change the size or colours of your order any time before the preorder batch is close by contacting our customer service via the contact form.

 

Can I add more items to my existing order?

Unfortunately, we are not able to amend the the invoices which has been processed. However, you may be able to cancel your order before the preorder batch of your order is close.

 

Can I cancel my order?

Yes. You can cancel your order any time before the preorder batch is close. Please note that there will be a cancellation charges of 5% on your total order due to bank charges. Refund will be credited to your original method of payment. 

However, cancellation & changes for preorder item is not possible once the preorder batch is close. As the item has been executed exclusively for you, order will be submitted to the supplier immediately after the closing date.

 

If my order is out of stock, can I get my money back?

Due to auditing restriction, unfortunately, no refund in cash is possible but a refund with merchant credit will be taken placed for members. For non-members, a credit code will be issued.

 

How long do I get back my out of stock credit points/code?

Within 2 business days after your parcel is shipped out from our warehouse.

 

What is the status of my order?

When can I receive my item?

Your item will be delivered in within 1-3 working days after the arrival of shipment. You will normally receive your item within 14-18 working days after the closing date of your pre-order batch. Please refer to the Pre-Order Schedules & Updates for the latest update.

 

I have pre-ordered few items in different batch. Can I combine the orders and deliver together?

No, we do not keep your purchases with us to avoid missing / mishandled of items. All items are to deliver right after we receive it from the supplier.

 

How do I submit my payment details?

I have made payment but I did not receive Order Confirmation?

This will happen if you have NOT submit your payment/transaction details after your payment. You are required to submit your payment details using one of these option:

a. Upload your payslip onto your account, OR

b. Fill in the Offline Bank-In Form

*You shall not have the above problem if you made payment via iPay88 or Paypal as the Order Confirmation is sent right after the payment.

 

I have made payment but you cancelled my order without my request?

It could be late payment. This might happen if you made payment without noticing your order batch has closed. To confirm your order, please contact our customer service immediately to reactivate your order under next available batch.

 

You confirmed my order but I have now received an email saying one of the items is out of stock. Why so?

Unfortunately, although our systems showed available stock when you placed your order, but our supplier could go out of stocks during the order process. Although this does not happen often, when it does we have no choice but to cancel the item from the order and refund of merchant credit will be offered.

 

I can't add an item to my shopping cart, the "Add" tab is missing?

It means the item is not available to order, it is no longer available to restock.

I have received a defect item. What should I do?

We guarantee to replace any item with factory defect with the same size & colour. Reimbursement of postage fees will be made for the return of the defected item. Please ensure you read through the ELIGIBILITY OF RETURN before you proceed with returning of your item purchased.

* If the defect in the product was caused by reasons other than materials quality, assembly process or no defect found after inspection, the original product will be returned to you. At this point, additional postage may apply to return the parcel back to you.
* In the event if the replacement piece is out of stock during the process, refund of merchant credit will be offered.
* All reimbursement of postage fees will be refund in the form of merchant credit only. (Maximum reimbursement of postage fee for International Return - 15 points of merchant credit).

 

Can I request for an exchange after receiving my goods?

You may request for an exchange by following our Return Policy. Click here to know how to proceed with an exchange.

 

I returned my order, how long will my refund take?

Please allow 7 business days from the day after receiving your return parcel. Please note that some banks may take slightly longer to process your refund.

 

Will the delivery charge be refunded if my items are damaged or faulty?

If your item is damaged or faulty, we will reimburse the postage fees in the form of merchant credit.

 

I have received an incorrect item, will I have to pay to return it?

Unfortunately you will need to pay to send the item back but don't worry, we will reimburse you for these return postage costs in the form of merchant credit.

How Can I Pay?

You can make payment with Credit Card, Online Banking, PayPal & Offline Banking.

You can use any of the payment types listed below via iPay88 & PayPal payment gateway which accept credit cards and online banking features. Your details are safe with us as we take security very seriously indeed.

For Malaysia order, you have the option to choose Offline Banking which allows you to make payment at Bank Counter or ATM machines.

*Please note that we only use CIMB Bank for Offline Banking.

 

Can I pay via ATM?

Yes you can. Just checkout via Offline Payment method and you will be given our MAYBANK & CIMB banking details to make payment.

 

Is COD available?

Unfortunately Cash On Delivery is not available at this point of time.

 

After payment done at ATM, what should I do, and how?

You will need to submit your payslip or provide the payment details using one of the method below:

a. Upload your payslip onto your account, OR

b. Fill in the Offline Bank-In Form

 

iPay88 has charged me but I did not receive order confirmation from October Origin?

This could be the delay of payment gateway that causes connect lost between our backend systems with your bank during the transaction process. Your order did not went through at this point, please contact our customer service immediately.

How much does it cost to ship my order?

The cost of delivery is dependent upon the total weight of the item purchase and delivery method you choose. You can add items to your shopping cart to estimate the shipping fees before making payment.

Do I need to sign upon receiving my parcel?

For security reason, signature will be required. If you are not available during the time of delivery, anyone can sign on behalf of you.

 

There's no one available during the time of delivery, and there's no contact card left by your couriers?

For Malaysia, you may contact 1300300300 to request for a re-delivery of parcel at your convenient without additinal charge. If you fail to contact the courier service before the parcel is channel back to us, additional postage fee is applicable to re-deliver the parcel at this point.

 

How do I track my shipping status?

To check your order status, you will need to retrieve your Internet Reference Number stated in the confirmation of order, and proceed to one of the below method:

Will I be informed when my parcel is ship out from your warehouse?

Definitely. You'll receive a confirmation email from our warehouse on the same day when your order is ship out. You can also click the tracking link in the emai or login to your account for the tracking link to view the up to date tracking.

 

When will my pre-order item arrive your warehouse?

I have ordered ready stock & pre-order item in one bill, will all my items be delivered at the same time?

No. We will deliver your ready stock within 3 business days after payment received without additional charge. As for pre-order, it will be delivered after your pre-order batch arrive.

How long will my order take to arrive after it's been shipped?

Standard delivery orders to domestic area should arrive within 3 working days.

 

When will you ship my parcel?

Can I change the delivery address for my order?

I have forgotten my password or my password does not work?

Make sure you are using the same email address and password you registered with. If you've forgotten your password we'll need to reset it for you. How do I change details on my account?

You can log into your account and make changes by clicking Account Info > Edit. It's worth checking every once in a while just to make sure we have the right details for you.

 

I see "Style Points" in my account, what can I do with those points?

"Style Points" are merchant credit points you earn during your registration, or after purchase, or through special offers. You can make payment using the available points in your account, the Style Points act as the store credit for your spending on our website.

 

PROMO + OTHERS


How do I use my discount/promo code?

Easy! You need to enter your discount/promo code during your checkout process. Under your order details on your checkout page, you'll see “Promotion Code” - simply enter your code and click “Apply Code” in order for the discount to take place. The total value will be amended and the discount will be appended above “Order Total”.

*You must enter the discount/promo code when you are checking out as it can't be applied later.

 

Can I use more than one discount/promo code on my order?

Unless otherwise stated, discount/promo codes are not valid in conjunction any other offer.

 

I have forgotten to fill in the discount/promo code, can I enter it again?

Unfortunately discount/promo code can’t be applied after the checkout process of your order.

 

How do I earn Style Points?

To be eligible to earn & accumulate points, you must first, register with us. You earn points

  • for every single purchase of RM100, your account will be credited with 5 points automatically 
  • when you write & submit product review after your purchase. You earn 1 point for every successful review

 

How much is 1 point?

The point value is 1point : RM1.00.

 

How do I check my points balance?

Sign in to your account & click on "Style Points". You should see the the numbers of points next to "Credit Balance".

 

When will I receive the credit points that I'm entitled to?

After your purhcase order change to "Confirm" status . It might take up to 2 business days before you can see the points earned been credited to your account. 

 

Can I transfer my points to third-party?

Yes you can transfer your points to a thir-party account. To transfer Style Points, please contact our Customer Service team.

 

Can I exchange my points to cash?

No. Unfortunately points are not exchangeable or redeemable as cash.

 

How long is the validity for points?

No expiry date (unless otherwise stated).
