Type of Returns: Factory Defect / Size or Colour Exchange

Validity of the Exchange Policy: 7 Calendar Days upon Parcel Receive

Return Method: POSLAJU (Domestic) / Your Local Courier (International)





We guarantee to replace any item with factory defect with the same size & colour. Reimbursement of postage fees will be made for the return of the defected item. Please ensure you read through the ELIGIBILITY OF RETURN before you proceed with returning of your item purchased.

* In the event if the replacement piece is out of stock during the process, refund of merchant credit will be offered.
* All reimbursement of postage fees will be refund in the form of merchant credit only. (Maximum reimbursement of postage fee for International Return - 15 points of merchant credit).



You may exchange the size / colour of your item purchased without changing to other product. To exchange, first, you will need to place a new order (with full payment) of the same item to the size / color you wish to exchange, and provide us the new Order ID using the RETURN FORM. We will proceed with the refund of the return piece upon receiving it. Refund will be credited to your bank via online banking (Malaysia only) or PayPal account within 14-21 business days after receiving the return parcel.

You are required to return the unwanted exchange piece at your own cost, and to bear the shipping fees to deliver the exchange piece. 

* In the event if the exchange piece is out of stock during the process, please note that no cash refund is possible at this stage. You may choose to have the unchanged item in return (by post ) at your cost, or, you may request to exchange the unchanged item with merchant credit. You will be advised via email of how to pay us in order to send the exchange piece in return, you may make payment to our Maybank / CIMB Bank and provide us the payment transaction. 



You are to fill up the RETURN FORM (and enclose the form within your return parcel) for replacement / exchange ​​within ​​7 calendar days after receiving the parcel. Request of replacement / exchange after the validity period is strictly not allowed. Any parcel receive after the 7 calendar days validity period will be returned to sender's address after the return postage is paid by sender.

All returned items must be in their original state and deemed to be unworn before they can be accepted for a replacement or exchange. For defect returns, if the defect in the product was caused by reasons other than materials quality, assembly process or no defect found after inspection, the original product will be returned to you.

We do not refund products:

  • Damaged by abuse or negligence (exposure to chemicals, caustic substances, open flame, high heat, sharp object, etc.
  • Damaged by misuse or activities other than the intended purpose
  • Special Deals or Sale items are non-returnable
  • Accessories including belts & jewellery are non-returnable

 *As the replacement / exchange piece are all preorder basis, upon receiving your return piece, please allow 14 - 21 calendar days to as processing period. A tracking number will be sent to you via email on the same day when your replacement / exchange piece is ship out from the warehouse.





For domestic delivery, postage to return your goods due to unsuccessful deliery will be charged base on the quantity of your item exchange:

3 - 5 piece = RM35 (Appeal only) / RM60 (Bag only)
